Территория Навоийской области определена свободной экономической зоной для инновационных, высокотехнологичных, экспортно-ориентированных и импортозамещающих производств до 1 января 2030 года с возможностью последующего продления в установленном порядке.

The construction of buildings on the territory of the FEZ "Navoi" can be carried out by JSC "Directorate of the FEZ "Navoi" at the expense of its own funds and/or funds of private investors, and then these buildings and structures are provided to business entities for long-term lease or for purchase.

In accordance with the orders of JSC "Directorate of FEZ" Navoi ", foreign employees of enterprises participating in the FEZ "Navoi " and their family members are provided with entry, including the issuance of multiple-entry visas in accordance with the established procedure without the collection of consular and other fees, as well as registration and extension at a temporary place of residence without levying a state fee. An Export Support Center has been created in the structure of JSC "Directorate of FEZ " Navoi ". The main task of the Center is to provide consulting and intermediary services to the participants of the Navoi FEZ, organize their participation in exhibitions and business events in the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad, assist in the export of products by conducting marketing research on a commercial basis by order of the participant.
